Physical activity is essential to life. Just think of how you feel after waking up, body is stiff and needs a good stretch to get the blood flowing.
Muscle lose begins to break down within weeks of inactivity. The saying “use it or lose it” applies to our bodies as well, remember that next time you contemplate a little or a lot of exercise.
More is better but a littler is better than none.
Props to my mom for running today and finishing strong despite the pain in her joints and difficulty breathing at times. She pushed through and took her walk breaks but she never gave up.
