The #1 complaint I hear as a massage therapist is “my back is sore.” Many people spend an average 30-45 minutes driving to work to sit for hours at a computer to then drive another 30-60 minutes home to sit/lay on a couch and then climb into bed for 4-8 more hours. Ya, of course your back is going to hurt. Eliminate sitting & reclining positions as much as possible. Get moving & be active to help reduce aches & pains.
