Summer is just about in full effect and temps are rising higher and higher each day. Water is essential for life and there’s many benefits to gain from drinking ample amounts.

Aim to drink a minimum of 1/2 your body weight in ounces daily and more if your out in hotter temperatures or exercising. This will keep your body well hydrated.

Dehydration can cause you to feel dizzy, confused, extremely thirsty, weak, and reduce blood pressure leading to fainting and can be life threatening.
