Encourage your children to wear their backpack properly. Carrying a backpack over 1 shoulder, carrying 1 too heavy, or letting it hang too low causes muscle imbalances, adds stress to neck & back muscles, causes back spasms and muscle strain.
Long term, this could make for some serious back issues and pain. Try correcting bad habits before a problem arises.
