Do not underestimate the power dehydration has to reek havoc on your body.Do you consume at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces each & every day of 💧?If the answer is no & you suffer from panic/anxiety attacks this may be contributing to your altered internal environment & mood, leaving you feeling jittery, panicked, scared, confused.I find it helpful to carry with me everywhere I go a 20+ ounce bottle of 💧 to drink to minimize possibility of being dehydrated. A little effort can make a big impact.
